Welcome and thank you for considering Skyncense Studios for your skin care needs.

 

Here are a few things you need to know:

  1. The non-refundable deposit of $25 is required, however that $25 goes towards your service). This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. 
  2. New Client Intake Forms MUST be filled out and submitted before your scheduled appointment so Please arrive 10 minutes earlier than your appointment time to fill out client intake form ( If you haven't already) for facial and wax services. Mask is require upon entry.
  3. Confirmation texts are sent out 24 hours prior to appointment. 
  4. Dress in comfortable clothing- tank tops, tube tops, t-shirts are ideal. 
  5. No extra guests please, unless discussed at least 24 hours prior to appointment. 
  6. If you are running late or need to reschedule please contact me ASAP through text.
  7. AFTER 15 MINUTES OF NON ARRIVAL YOU'RE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.
  8. If you wish to cancel your appointment MORE THAN 24 HOURS from your appointment date , the deposit will be credited to your account for following appointment. NO REFUNDS
  9. AFTER 3rd Cancellation or No Show, a NEW deposit will be required.
  10. IF DEBIT / CREDIT CARD FEE IS DECLINED YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM RESCHEDULING ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS

Processing times are 5-7 days! Please note as well each product is handmade by ONE person, giving perfect results is our main concern!  This is why processing times are Please feel free to reach out for any form of questions and or inquires you have via email only!

How long is shipping? 

Shipping times may vary, I will be sure to send updates and tracking with your order. Items once shipped are sent out via USPS or UPS and can take a minimum of 2-3 days to arrive depending on your location. After processing is complete then you will receive an updated tracking number and those are updated daily.

My order says delivered but it is not here,why?

If This situation ever occurs contact your local post office with your tracking information, Skyncense Beauty LLC is assuring your tracking with every order, and updates as your orders are being packaged. We take pride in packaging your orders with lots of love and respect, however, after your package is taken to the post office WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept refunds, please contact us if there is an issue with your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON ANY ORDER FOR SANITARY PURPOSES.

Order cancellation Policy:

Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Any requests to cancel orders after 24HRS will be denied.
